Lately, and on more than one occasion, I have found myself in the middle of conversations in which otherwise-intelligent individuals discuss the fine points of Christian theology.
After watching the back and forth of the debates, I wondered why it sounded so familiar in tone. Finally, I realized... I'd had conversations of similar intensity over equally-weighty matters... in comic book stores.
