Due process is such a pain. After all, if they weren't guilty of anything, they wouldn't even fall under suspicion, and if they do fall under suspicion, they must have been up to SOMETHING, so we'd better get them off the streets before any more harm is done. Especially since they might have been Terrorists. Anyone who isn't with us is against us and is a Terrorist. Isn't that right, Friend Citizen?
