athelindI would just like to make an observation.
Just saying a word whose first syllable is "pun" -- and emphasizing that first syllable in all-caps or the verbal equivalent -- does not quailfy as a pun in and of itself. In fact, it's just annoying.
This includes the never-popular "PUN-ishment" and "punny".
Nothing sounds more lame than to interject one of these into the middle of a pun war, especially when the other puns all share a common theme.
So just don't, okay?
