I thought you/he was refering to the march in Iraq. I've not heard anything about this other march.

I've been on more than a few March For Life's. Each one of those attracts over 100,000 as well, ever single year, but it only gets a blip on the media radar. Even Fox News.

Marches tend to get very poor ratings, that is likely the true reason.

Nope. Not at all. Obviously a rock rates higher then several wars across the planet.
