Fourteen years ago today, I got a cheerful, happy little email from someone on alt.fan.dragons.

Thirteen years ago today, after a year of emails, IRC, and a wonderful weekend visit over New Year's, I arrived in Texas to move in with her.

She has been my life, my light, and the Fire of my Heart ever since.
