And now... a Reality Check.

The video says, "Hey, we liberals can sling mud, too," but honestly? We don't need to sling mud. They've got huge piles of shit all around them; all we have to do is lift up the corner of the flag they're trying to cover it all with.

Honestly, the biggest problem with that video is the parallelism -- comparing Obama with Palin instead of McCain. Because the Right will respond (as a local confurvative has), "Palin's not running for President".

Of course, my response to that is:
No, she's running as a living example of John McCain's judgement.

See, the thing is, the Republicans just finally evolved a defense mechanism. Point out the muck in which their politicos wallow, and you get either "he he, yeah, what are you gonna do about it?" or "hey! Saying that is inappropriate!" In response.

Its like being an exterminator. Eventually, you have to get a stronger pesticide. :p

Sure they do. They evolve the same way that anything evolves, with outside stimulus. For example, there are registered Republicans that have come out in support of Obama as a result of the stimulus of McCain and Palin's campaign. Clearly, Republicans evolve into Democrats.
