Its comedic dragons remind me a little of Walt Kelly's Pogo, as well as Burr Tillstrom's Oliver J. Dragon, of the late lamented TV show, Kukla, Fran and Ollie. The Urban Dragons website features a large bestiary of variant dragon species, including the Baseball Dragon, the Barbeque Dragon, the Jazz Dragon, the Literary Dragon and the Yuppie Dragon. The comic strip itself began on September 22, 1993, and is still running onlijne. Don't miss it, especially if you want to know where your missing socks go - and what dragons do with them!
