I was originally planning to revisit my post from 01 June 07, where I presented the List of Grievances from the Declaration of Independence and highlighted the ones that I felt would apply to the current King George Administration. Alas, high temperatures for much of the day limited my coherence.

Instead, I will simply say something that, in my humble opinion, needs to be said, loudly and repeatedly, by as many people as possible:

Mister Bush, you are not above the law.

Another thing is, I hope these guys get slammed by civil actions. I know that a number of civil lawsuits have been directed at Dubya and Co, but you never hear about them. If, over the next few years, it's publically shown that laws apply to these people, and they get hit in their bank accounts where it really hurts, that'd be justice.
