Tanya Andersen has taken the RIAA to court under the RICO act.

Finally, finally, FINALLY! I've been saying for years that the actions of the RIAA demonstrate "a pattern of racketeering activity", most particularly extortion and fraud.

It had to be done. Though with the amount the circuit courts are stacked these days by Bushies (many, not all, I know) I don't expect it to survive on appeal, if it does make it to the end.

Goliath stomped on alot of little people before David finally took him down. Here's to hoping that Tanya's the RIAA's David.

I'll be damned. I never would have thought that the RICO act would be used. Makes sense when you think about it. Hopefully the judge and jury will think so too.
