The good part about having a toilet made of gray ceramic is that it's not instantly obvious that it needs cleaning.

We need an Alien Comes To Earth And Tries To Fit In Sitcom for the '00s. We're running out of decade. It's part of the Laws of Television: you've gotta have (at least) one for every decade.

  1. The 1960s had My Favorite Martian (1963-1966). Like Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie, a "wacky relative" sitcom.
  2. the 1970s had Mork & Mindy (1978-1982). Like Welcome Back, Kotter, a vehicle for a stand-up comic.
  3. The 1980s had ALF (1986-1990). Like Diff'rent Strokes, a sitcom about a "cute" loudmouth
  4. The 1990s had 3rd Rock from the Sun (1996-2001). Like Married... with Children, about a dysfunctional family.

One of the networks needs to do one for the... um... "Oughts". It's tradition. Since each of the above shows reflected the styles of the day, maybe this one could be an hour-long "action comedy" like Chuck, Reaper, or Pushing Daisies (okay, that one's not so much "action").
