What's the fastest, simplest, dirtiest way to convert an RTF document to HTML?

EDIT: Or I could just Google. I'll see if any of these serves my purpose, and let y'all know.

Is there Wiki software that's brain-dead simple to set up, that will run as a local application on one's home machine?

Open it in a word processor that can read RTF and save HTML? If you use Word that would definitely be the dirtiest way to do it.

Open Office-- freeware word processor, database, spreadsheet, etc.-- handles both those formats, I believe. Download it for the low, low price of nothing from Open Office.org, read in RTF, save as HTML.
