Honestly, if any good can come from what's happened here, I'm hoping that it provides fuel to just really highlight how bullshit this administration is and has been.

I heard on CNN just an hour ago, however, that Congress is in an emergency meeting to get a 10 billion (fairly sure on that) dollar fund into FEMA to get it reactivated again, or some such similar thing. I suppose they took Bush's actions with that organization as badly as the rest of us did.

And will any of this matter come 2006? We're stuck with this cretin at full strength for 3 more years, while he and the rest of the PNAC on Parade laugh in our faces, count their stolen loot and turn up their tailfeathers at the middle class and poor.

Unless the Democrats actually take control of at least one of the houses of Congress! Then, and ONLY then, does Bush finally become the lame bloody duck he so richly deserves to be.

And that, I think, is a far more fitting fate then even impeachment. Let him and the PNAC on Parade sit impotent, or be forced to go through what Clinton did pre-impeachment.
