In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the lawyers, who manipulate the system shamelessly; and the jurors, twelve people not smart enough to get out of jury duty. These are their stories.

LAW AND ORDER: JURY DUTY.

Yep. I'm one of the Twelve. It's probably gonna last about a week.

I think they tried this. It didn't stay on long.

And have you actually been selected yet? I've come up four times....was passed over on two occasions on the first day, on the other two was told the previous Friday not to report.

I'm actually One Of The Twelve. We start hearing the case tomorrow. This is the first time I've gotten past the phone call stage.
