Requiem

I heard today that musewoozle, known elsewhere as Ashentaine, died at the end of February -- by his own hand, it seems.

Ashentaine was one of the first people I met on FurryMUCK. While we haven't spent much time together in recent years, we kept in touch. It was always good to hear from him, to discuss philosophy or share a joke.

You will be missed, old friend.

I can't say he was a close friend of mine... Not really even an acquaintence. We saw each other now and again, little more. He was never unkind to me, though, and that counts for something. I wish I'd had the chance to know him better.
