I've seen more awesome-looking trailers in a mobile home park.

Maybe I didn't read that correctly.... They're lining up seven weeks before it opens? @.@

In spite of my participation in (and elaboration of) the 15 fandoms meme I'm not that geeky. That's just warped.

Despite the fact that they could get black market tickets for the money they'd make working just one week. Tsk.

Not to mention the fact that 7 weeks out in the California sun in a Darth Vader outfit is probably the equivalent of a few hours in an over. Hmmm...maybe some good could come of this.

One way of losing weight....
I suppose one could leave the suit under cover of darkness, let the suit queue, then recover ones place just before the "off"...

The suit would probably have so much fanboy stink, no one would dare approach close enough to question it.

That seems a little unfair....
Who knows how said fanboy sweated to afford his ticket?
PS what's it gonna be like INSIDE the auditorium?

Now, now. After two prequels, I know precicely what to expect from the third; lots of flippy, twirly, neon-lighted Jedi fighting. Anything more is just a bonus. :)

Some of the fans are raising money for charity though. Funny how the press keeps failing to mention that little detail. >_<

I am so fucking burnt on star wars that the notes of 'the imperial march' make me angry. I feel the hate flowing through me.

Star Wars (original, unfutzed) and Return of the Jedi, all else just depresses....

Star Wars and Empire, for me.

Jedi's the beginning of the end, when story needs were first over-ridden by toy marketing concerns.

But I'll never actually see Star Wars again, since Lucas refuses to release the real version.

I do want to see Taratofsky's Clone Wars, though. I just don't want to see anything Lucas has cocked up personally.
