I want to play a Bard whose main performance skill is Ventriloquism.
And I want to give his dummy its own personality.
And possibly its own character class.
What can I say? I was a Soap fan. I loved Chuck and Bob.
This could work in one of two ways. The Ventriloquist would be the Bard, and the Dummy would be, say, a Wizard... Or maybe the Ventriloquist would be a big, burly fighter type who only talks (and uses his Bardic abilities) through his dummy.

I've just watched the first 10 episodes of Soap for the first time since they aired here in the late 70s.
I had completely forgotten Chuck and Bob. (or, as Bob preferred it, Bob and Chuck).
I had a lot of good laughs at it, and am now anxiously waiting the second dvd's arrival.
and now I think even more, my life is a soap opera.
