athelindThe Fire of my Heart is back. Surgery went well; on the drive home, she was astounded at the IMMEDIATE improvement in her vision, both from the absence of cataract cloudiness and the reduction or elimination of near-sightedness from that eye.
She's currently snoozing peacefully, sleeping off the last of the sedative from the operation.
No word on my sister, yet; Mom's new cell phone is apparently either out of juice or out of service area.
It seems that "setting up voice mail" is to the dawn of the One-And-Twenty what "setting the clock on the VCR" was to the '80s and '90s.
