Those who know me will know my ongoing quest for the elusive grail of the aesthetically-pleasing computer housing, and my affection for the art of modifying old radios or industrial equipment into computer cases. I like old-style, art-deco, retro design, and I think adapting that aesthetic to computer equipment provides an elegance that the neon-and-plastic-window school of case customizing can never attain.

That said, I give you: The ElectriClerk.

Check out the LJ groups [livejournal.com profile] anachrotech and [livejournal.com profile] neovictoria, they are all about this sort of thing. The ElectriClerk gets posted there every few months. :)

Heya!
What did you think of battlestar galactica?

The overplayed relationships angle was less than subtle, and the pan and tilt and ZOOM battle scenes were "ok" but the zoom effect was overused a bit.

You could make a drinking game out of it. :)

Excellent! I don't think I've laughed so hard in the last hour at least. I would LVOE something like that. Really. I'd lvoe it, once I figure out what lvoe is.

Buttle?
