Mmmm: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

Okay... I found the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que site when I spotted the cute dinosaur mascot on a different site, but now, after reading the menu for this place, I wanna go to New York for BAR-B-QUE.

I mean, DAMN, that's like THREE menus. And everything sounds DELICIOUS -- not like most BBQ places, which offer a choice between Meat One, Meat Two, and Meat Three.

They have a list of recipes. And a cookbook.

. o O ( Obviously, they need someone willing to open an outlet on THIS coast. With a microbrewery. )

Though I'd be happy just to score some of those chips.
