Is it sad and predicatble that I'd discovered that very same giraffe-eating video months ago?

And yeah. My impression of "Sex in the City" is that, by portraying a batch of superficial backstabbers as progressive and by apparently completely dismissing the possibility of same-sex relationships, the whole damn thing has about as advanced an attitude towards "strong women" as your basic Pauly Shore film.

I really hate how this show is said to be empowering for women...for what women? I have never met women like that and i thank god for this.
