What gets me is that they waited how many years to finally come to this conclusion? Amusing as it may be, I think it's a little too late to even bother with this. I mean, the man has less than 7 months left in office. By the time the proceedings are completely followed through, the next president will be in office.

It's like waiting for a useless employee to quit instead of firing him on the spot.
