Not that I want to slack off and short you or anything, you understand. But I must speak, and as for my speech, 'twill do whta 'twill do, whether you cotton to it or not. Why, just last night I was talking about it to my aunt, Polly Esther. Sort of a little chat off the cuff and on the fly. We were just zipping along, and everything seamed fine. I had her in stitches, even. But all of a sudden she clasps her hands and leaves her seat.

"Something wrong?" I asked. "Frayed so," she said, and then she just about came unraveled on me. I almost had to belt her. Her condition had me in suspenders all day, let me tell you.
