If we go down to brass tacks, I only support Bush because he's the only pro-life candidate (Though rumors abound that Kerry is personally pro-life, just not politically).
I should also note that, yes, that's the point of both the strip and my commentary on it: you've limited your intelligence and your perceptions to make a fool seem wise.
I don't think if abortion were illegal there would be such a greater amount of babies, given 97% of abortions are not rape/incest/health of the mother issues. I think people would express more personal responsibility and not get pregnant in the first place.
I removed the first half because I do not feel comfortable revealing such in a public forum. We can discuss it some other way sometime.
While you were the catalyst, it isn't really your fault because you didn't know, but your comments hurt me more than words can describe. I'm not really strong enough to publicly explain just yet.
I believe killing of any kind is pretty horrible, and I include plants in this. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
There is also this little problem of my family being glutin-intolerant and soy-allergic. While I don't have the problems now, overexposure causes them to flare out and there is no cure.
In other words, if I lived on a vegetarian diet, I would have to have one that didn't include massive amounts of soy or glutin(wheat).
If you have any suggestions on how to do this, I'd be welcome to try.
I've seen this in person. I have a very strong stomach, remember what I said about medical connections?
I've also seen open heart surgery, normal births, c-sections, brain surgery and car accident victims operated on(The latter was the most disturbing). So, my dislike of abortion is not just because I thought it was 'so gross' either.

Everything else is moot to me.

We don't care how well they live or how long, but by golly, squirt out them babies.
Convenient that you'll never have to face that issue personally, what with that Y chromosome, eh?

I have fairly extensive medical connections through my extended family. I arranged to watch two abortions performed and that's when I changed my mind.

It was, sort of. But it was also an entirely serious suggestion. [WARNING: Disturbing images at link.]
