aw c'mon, the trailers are the best part of the new star wars movies!
Remember the teaser trailer for Phantom Menace? No Jar Jar, Liam Neeson being a bad-ass jedi and Ewam McGregor sounding like Alec? The ominous site of the droid army standing to attention all at once?
I keep meaning to write a LJ article about star wars fatigue.
I have heard the chords of the imperial march too many times. I've had Lucas try to extract the money out of my pockets with crappy special edition DVDs and cookie cutter video games too many times. I am a huge SW fan but I'm freakin DONE.
Yes I will see the damn Episode III. But that's IT. I'm DONE. NO MAS.
Eh, it's Episode III; Ep II was good enough that I think it could be kinda cool. Given the way the SW trailer that went with Monsters Inc was a blank screen and some sound effects, I don't expect any trailer to tell me much about the movie either way.
So if I have enough money, I'll see it sometime in the theaters, and if I don't have enough, I'll probably try to watch it several months later at the dollar theater in Milpitas.
I'm going to go see Star Wars III, mostly just to see what new stuff they add in. I don't expect it to be a good movie, but it should at least be entertaining. I'm not so sure I'll see The Incredibles.

Pity about the actual movie though.
